WPS is a locally owned and operated document management solutions provider. Vince and Ann Dellaposta started WPS in 1973 focusing on the Savin line of word processors. With the advent of personal computers, they shifted their focus to photocopiers and the improvement of document circulation within the office environment. Vince, a veteran service manager, knew that any company could sell a product but the service provided after the sale was the true mark of a company. That philosophy and attention to customer satisfaction has allowed WPS to become the largest independent technology and solutions provider in our four state servicing area. Today with headquarters in Hagerstown, Maryland and offices in Altoona, State College, Johnstown, Carlisle, and Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, WPS is uniquely positioned to provide service that is regional in scope while staying exceptionally responsive at the local level. The biggest testament to our dedication is our customer retention rate which exceeds 98% over our 35 year history.

Today, the second generation Dellaposta family members are active in upholding the high standards of customer service set by Vince and Ann. Joe, Debra and Beth work closely together to continue the success, growth and customer commitment that WPS was built upon.
